Good product but customer service is questionable

I had a need for a remote replacement. Even though I was within my warranty, I was forced to buy a replacement at $19.95 plus tax and shipping. When I questioned this, their reply was that the remote was fairly cheap, only $19.95. Like I’ve got a disposable income! So, very frustrating

We lost the original remote ordered a new one which did not work, but I let customer service know and they had a new one out immediately and it works wonderful. Thanks so much for all your help.
