Replacement Tower Speaker Mounting Bracket

EcoXGear provides their lightweight end brackets that come with the 33” Soundbar. The lightweight brackets also sell separately for $80. If you want the heavy duty brackets they sell for $130. But instead of giving you an option of paying an upgrade fee of $50, you have to spend an additional $130 if you want the better brackets. The brackets that come with this unit SHOULD BE the heavy duty version because the brackets that come with are poorly designed. This is a shameful marketing tactic that’s just a money grab. The soundbar comes packaged with a “warning tag” on the mounting hardware that says you’ll need the heavy duty brackets for off road or rough use. What do they think we buy these soundbars for??? (ATV’s, UTV’s and Boat’s)
The soundbar sounds great but the provided brackets are garbage.

I believe your product is ok but your customer service is terrible. To make a long story short after multiple attempts at getting a complete mounting bracket, I gave up and ordered a whole another bracket and between the two sets I was able make one complete mounting bracket. In short I will not be doing business with you ever again
