I believe your product is ok but your customer service is terrible. To make a long story short after multiple attempts at getting a complete mounting bracket, I gave up and ordered a whole another bracket and between the two sets I was able make one complete mounting bracket. In short I will not be doing business with you ever again

A bit disappointed these didn't come as the original brackets with the speaker. Install was easy and they feel very durable.
