Won’t return emails and there is no number to call on the website
I was sent a lemon for a led controller. Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to send it back and have it go through warranty then wait for new one to arrive to me. I called into customer service and literally had to answer 150 questions. Not easy process.
Very easy to install and works as advertised. Hooked directly up to my speaker.

I was able to install and connect the lights in 30 minutes, using self tapping screws in addition to the double sided tape. I did not need the controller as the lights easily connected to the Sound Bar SEB28.
