Greg Fadul and Jim Palmer co-founded Sound Extreme in 2022 as an expansion of Grace Digital Inc. which was started by the pair in 2007. SoundExtreme by ECOXGEAR features innovative products and audio solutions for marine, powersports, golf cars, and more. 

Meet the Executive Leadership Team

Greg Fadul, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Greg’s extensive background in the consumer wireless and audio industries were invaluable during the early days. As CEO, he is responsible for the product development and marketing of the growing line of outdoor products. He ensures the latest technology, performance, innovation and expertise are in all of our new products.

Prior to founding Sound Extreme and Grace Digital Inc., Greg served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Uniden, Inc., where he was responsible for development of new VoIP as well as wired and wireless Ethernet broadband products. Greg also served at NetVoice Technologies as the Vice President of Strategic Wireless Services and held senior positions at Motorola, Inc.. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University.

Greg now enjoys embracing the south Florida lifestyle cruising down the intercoastal in his Cabin Cruiser and dashing through town on his custom golf cart.

Jim Palmer, President and Managing Director

Jim Palmer co-founded Sound Extreme Inc. in 2022. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the consumer electronics industry. As head of the senior management team, Jim is responsible for Sound Extreme's operations, product management, marketing/brand management, and international sales. Jim’s vast number of contacts and knowledge of the industry have been the catalyst for Sound Extreme's rapid growth.  

Prior to founding Grace Digital, Jim served as the President of  North American operations for VTech, where he was responsible for VTech’s complete portfolio of telephony products, including the AT&T telephone brand license.  Additionally, Jim served as Vice President of Product Development and Marketing at Uniden, Inc., where he was responsible for Uniden’s complete portfolio of consumer products in the North American market.  Prior to that, Jim spent 14 years at Motorola, Inc. launching a number of wireless product lines in both the North American and European markets. Jim is also a past member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO).  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has additional training in biomedical engineering, human factors, wireline, and wireless technologies.

Jim loves driving modified trucks, tinkering with his golf cart to achieve faster speeds/heights and getting outdoors on the lake tubing with his family.

Jamie Florczak, Executive Vice President of Operations and Product Development

Jamie leads the product development and business operations teams. He is responsible for product development, manufacturing, and support services. Jamie brings extensive experience in the consumer electronics and electronic components industries, having held posts for several years in Japan and North America as Manager of Product Marketing for Uniden Japan (UJ), Business Development Manager at Uniden America Corporations (UAC), and Senior Marketing Analyst at BBELE Incorporated. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Queen’s University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from L’INSEEC / Institut des hautes études économiques et commerciales.

Todd Roth, Executive Vice President of Sales

Todd joined Sound Extreme as the VP of Sales Distribution. He is responsible for all ODM, and leads the team of sales associates around the country.
